1. Uygulama hakkında

Prizma Maliyet, Prizma Pack'in iç kullanımı için hazırlanmış kutu maliyet hesaplama, teklif ve cari takip uygulamasıdır. Web paneli ve Android, iOS, Windows ve Mac uygulamalarından oluşur. Uygulama yalnız Prizma Pack çalışanları ve şirketin yetkilendirdiği kişiler içindir. Hesapları yalnız şirketin yöneticisi açar; uygulamada kendi kendine üye olma yoktur. Giriş yapmadan hiçbir veriye erişilemez.

2. Veri sorumlusu

Kullanıcı hesapları ve uygulamaya girilen iş verileri bakımından veri sorumlusu Prizma Pack'tir. Uygulama RF Software tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Veriler uygulamanın sunucusunda (prizmaapp.recepfirat.com) işlenir; mobil ve masaüstü uygulamalar yalnız bu sunucuyla iletişim kurar.

3. İşlenen veriler

• Kullanıcı hesabı: kullanıcı adı, ad soyad, unvan, e-posta ve telefon (isteğe bağlı), rol ve yetkiler, hesap durumu (aktif, pasif, kilitli), son giriş zamanı ve yöneticinin hesapla ilgili notu. Şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz; yalnız geri döndürülemez özeti tutulur. İki adımlı doğrulama açıksa doğrulayıcı uygulamanın anahtarı ve tek kullanımlık kurtarma kodları saklanır.
• İş verileri (çalışanların girdiği): müşteri ve aday firma kayıtları (ünvan, vergi dairesi ve numarası — şahıs müşteride bu alan T.C. kimlik numarası olabilir —, adres, telefon, e-posta, web adresi, notlar), firma yetkilileri (ad soyad, görev, telefon, e-posta), teklifler ve teklif belgeleri (PDF), maliyet hesapları, ürün kartları, cari hesap hareketleri ve tahsilatlar, teklif takip notları. Gönderilen teklifte müşteri ve yetkili bilgilerinin o anki kopyası teklifle birlikte saklanır. Şirket bilgileri ve logosu sistem ayarlarında tutulur.
• Cihaz ve oturum: mobil ve masaüstü uygulamada cihaz kimliği (uygulamanın ilk açılışta ürettiği rastgele bir tanımlayıcıdır; donanım ya da reklam kimliği değildir), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, platform (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS), ilk ve son görülme zamanı ve son IP adresi. Oturum anahtarlarının sunucuda yalnız özetleri ve oluşturuldukları IP adresi tutulur.
• Denetim kaydı: giriş denemeleri (başarılı ya da başarısız; bilinmeyen kullanıcı adı da girildiği gibi), çıkış ve önemli işlemler (kayıt oluşturma ve değiştirme, belge indirme, dışa aktarma vb.) tarih ve saat, kullanıcı, işlem özeti, değişen alanların eski ve yeni değerleri, IP adresi, kanal (web ya da mobil) ve istemci bilgisi (uygulama sürümü ve platform ya da tarayıcı bilgisi) ile kaydedilir. Şifre ve anahtar gibi gizli alanlar kayda yazılmaz. Teklif durum geçmişinde de IP adresi tutulur.
• Sunucu günlükleri: istek yolu, sonuç kodu, süre ve hata ayrıntıları.
• Çerezler (web paneli): yalnız oturum çerezi, iki adımlı giriş çerezi ve form güvenliği çerezi. Reklam, analiz ya da takip çerezi yoktur.

Uygulama anlık bildirim (push) kullanmaz ve bildirim anahtarı toplamaz. Uygulamada reklam, kullanım analizi, çökme raporlama ya da kullanıcı takibi yapan üçüncü taraf hizmet yoktur. Fiyat listesi değerleri cihaza kaydedilmez; hesaplar sunucuda yapılır.

4. Cihazda tutulan veriler

Oturum anahtarları işletim sisteminin güvenli deposunda (Android Keystore, iOS ve macOS Anahtar Zinciri; Windows'ta kullanıcıya özel şifreli dosya) saklanır. Kullanıcı özeti, hesaplama taslağı, seçenek listeleri ve son kullanılan beş cari uygulamanın kendi alanında tutulur. Paylaşmak için oluşturulan geçici PDF dosyaları bir gün sonra silinir. Çıkış yapılınca oturum anahtarları, oturum bilgileri, hesaplama taslağı ve son kullanılan cariler cihazdan silinir; cihaz kimliği ve giriş kolaylığı için son kullanıcı adı kalır. Android'de uygulama verisinin buluta yedeklenmesi ve cihazdan cihaza aktarılması kapalıdır.

5. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Veriler; maliyet hesaplama ve teklif hazırlama, müşteri ve cari hesap takibi, kullanıcıların kimliğinin doğrulanması ve yetkilendirilmesi, hesap ve veri güvenliğinin sağlanması (yetkisiz erişim denemelerinin önlenmesi, hesap kilidi, denetim kaydı) ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amaçlarıyla işlenir. İşleme, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 5. maddesindeki hukuki sebeplere, özellikle bir sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmesi ve veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati (bilgi güvenliği ve kayıt düzeni) sebeplerine dayanır.

6. Saklama süreleri

• Cari, yetkili, teklif, maliyet ve ürün kartı kayıtları silindiğinde fiziksel olarak silinmez; "silindi" olarak işaretlenir ve listelerden kalkar (iş ve muhasebe geçmişi için).
• Cari hesap hareketleri, teklif durum geçmişi ve takip notları yalnız eklenir; sonradan değiştirilemez.
• Denetim kayıtları değiştirilemez ve silinemez; uygulamada süre sınırı yoktur.
• Kullanıcı hesapları silinmez; yönetici hesabı pasifleştirir.
• Oturum anahtarları, süreleri dolduktan 90 gün sonra her gece çalışan bir işle otomatik silinir.
• Gönderilen tekliflerin müşteri PDF'i sunucuda saklanır. İç maliyet raporları, taslak PDF'ler ve Excel dosyaları istek anında üretilir; sunucuda saklanmaz.
• Sunucu günlük dosyaları 30 gün saklanır.

7. Güvenlik

• Tüm bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir; Android uygulaması şifresiz bağlantıya izin vermez, web paneli HSTS kullanır.
• Şifreler geri döndürülemez biçimde (ASP.NET Core Identity, PBKDF2) özetlenerek saklanır. Art arda 5 hatalı denemede hesap 15 dakika kilitlenir.
• İsteğe bağlı iki adımlı doğrulama (doğrulayıcı uygulama kodu) vardır; Yönetici ve Fiyat Yöneticisi rolleri için zorunlu tutulabilir.
• Uygulamanın erişim anahtarı 60 dakika geçerlidir; oturum en fazla 180 gün sürer. Şifre değişince, hesap pasifleşince ya da cihaz kapatılınca oturumlar kapanır.
• Erişim rollere göre sınırlıdır (ör. maliyet ayrıntısı, fiyat listesi ve kullanıcı yönetimi yalnız yetkili rollerde).

8. Paylaşım ve üçüncü taraflar

Kişisel veriler satılmaz; reklam ya da pazarlama amacıyla kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Uygulama e-posta göndermez. Sunucu, döviz kurları için Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası'nın herkese açık kur dosyasını indirir; bu istekte kişisel veri gönderilmez. Telefonla arama, e-posta yazma, PDF paylaşma ve doğrulayıcı uygulamayı açma gibi işlemler yalnız siz başlattığınızda cihazınızın ilgili uygulamasını açar.

9. Uygulama izinleri

Android uygulaması yalnız internet ve ağ durumu izinlerini kullanır. iOS uygulaması yalnız firma logosunu fotoğraflarınızdan seçmek istediğinizde seçtiğiniz görsele erişir. Mac uygulaması Apple'ın korumalı alanında (App Sandbox) çalışır: internete yalnız bu sunucu için bağlanır; firma logosu için seçtiğiniz görsele ve kaydetmeyi seçtiğiniz dosyalara (İndirilenler klasörü ya da kaydetme penceresinde seçtiğiniz yer) erişir. Kamera, konum, rehber ya da mikrofon izni istenmez.

10. Haklarınız ve iletişim

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, koşulları oluştuğunda silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğrarsanız zararın giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz. 1. About the app

Prizma Maliyet is Prizma Pack's internal app for box cost calculation, quotations and customer account tracking. It consists of a web panel and Android, iOS, Windows and Mac apps. The app is only for Prizma Pack staff and people authorised by the company. Accounts are created only by the company administrator; there is no self sign-up. No data can be accessed without signing in.

2. Data controller

Prizma Pack is the data controller for user accounts and the business data entered into the app. The app was developed by RF Software. Data is processed on the app's server (prizmaapp.recepfirat.com); the mobile and desktop apps communicate only with this server.

3. Data we process

• User account: username, full name, title, e-mail and phone (optional), role and permissions, account status (active, deactivated, locked), last sign-in time and an administrator note. Passwords are never stored; only an irreversible hash is kept. If two-step verification is enabled, the authenticator key and one-time recovery codes are stored.
• Business data (entered by staff): customer and prospect company records (name, tax office and tax number — for an individual customer this field may hold a Turkish national ID number —, address, phone, e-mail, website, notes), customer contacts (name, role, phone, e-mail), quotations and quotation documents (PDF), cost calculations, product cards, customer account movements and payments, follow-up notes. When a quotation is sent, a copy of the customer and contact details at that moment is stored with it. Company details and logo are kept in the system settings.
• Device and session: in the mobile and desktop apps, a device identifier (a random value generated by the app on first launch; not a hardware or advertising ID), device model, operating system and app version, platform (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS), first and last seen time and last IP address. For session tokens, the server keeps only their hashes and the IP address they were created from.
• Audit log: sign-in attempts (successful or failed; an unknown username is recorded as typed), sign-out and important actions (creating and changing records, downloading documents, exports, etc.) are recorded with date and time, user, a summary, old and new values of changed fields, IP address, channel (web or mobile) and client information (app version and platform, or the browser identification). Secret fields such as passwords and keys are never written to the log. The quotation status history also keeps the IP address.
• Server logs: request path, result code, duration and error details.
• Cookies (web panel): only the session cookie, the two-step sign-in cookie and a form security cookie. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

The app does not use push notifications and collects no push tokens. There are no third-party services for advertising, usage analytics, crash reporting or user tracking. Price list values are not stored on the device; calculations are done on the server.

4. Data kept on the device

Session tokens are kept in the operating system's secure storage (Android Keystore, iOS and macOS Keychain; on Windows an encrypted per-user file). A user summary, the calculation draft, option lists and the five most recently used customers are kept in the app's own storage. Temporary PDF files created for sharing are deleted after one day. Signing out deletes the session tokens, session details, the calculation draft and the recent customers from the device; the device identifier and, for convenience, the last username remain. On Android, cloud backup and device-to-device transfer of app data are disabled.

5. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to calculate costs and prepare quotations, to manage customers and customer accounts, to authenticate and authorise users, to keep accounts and data secure (preventing unauthorised access attempts, account lockout, audit log) and to meet legal obligations. Processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), in particular the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with the data controller's legal obligations and the data controller's legitimate interests (information security and record keeping).

6. Retention

• Customer, contact, quotation, cost and product card records are not physically deleted; they are marked as deleted and removed from lists (to keep the business and accounting history).
• Customer account movements, quotation status history and follow-up notes are append-only and cannot be changed later.
• Audit log entries cannot be changed or deleted; the app sets no time limit.
• User accounts are not deleted; the administrator deactivates them.
• Session tokens are deleted automatically by a nightly job 90 days after they expire.
• The customer PDF of a sent quotation is stored on the server. Internal cost reports, draft PDFs and Excel files are generated on request and not stored on the server.
• Server log files are kept for 30 days.

7. Security

• All connections are encrypted with HTTPS; the Android app does not allow unencrypted connections and the web panel uses HSTS.
• Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes (ASP.NET Core Identity, PBKDF2). After 5 consecutive failed attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes.
• Optional two-step verification (authenticator app code) is available; it can be made mandatory for the Administrator and Price Manager roles.
• The app's access token is valid for 60 minutes and a session lasts at most 180 days. Sessions end when the password changes, the account is deactivated or the device is closed.
• Access is limited by role (for example, cost details, the price list and user management are only available to authorised roles).

8. Sharing and third parties

Personal data is not sold and is not shared with anyone for advertising or marketing. The app does not send e-mail. To get exchange rates, the server downloads the public exchange rate file of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye; no personal data is sent with this request. Actions such as calling a phone number, writing an e-mail, sharing a PDF or opening an authenticator app open the relevant app on your device only when you start them.

9. App permissions

The Android app only uses the internet and network state permissions. The iOS app accesses only the image you pick when you choose a company logo from your photos. The Mac app runs in Apple's App Sandbox: it connects to the internet only for this server and accesses only the image you pick as the company logo and the files you choose to save (the Downloads folder or the place you pick in the save dialog). No camera, location, contacts or microphone permission is requested.

10. Your rights and contact

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met, to object to a result against you produced solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
